Job Title: Employment Litigation Attorney
Location: Irvine, CA (hybrid)
We are looking for Attorneys to join a prestigious firm specializing in labor and employment law. We are seeking a skilled Employment Litigation Attorney with experience handling cases like workplace discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, retaliation, and wage disputes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent employers in state and federal courts in employment litigation involving wage and hour disputes, wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims.
- Oversee all phases of litigation, including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, taking depositions, preparing motions, and planning trial strategies.
- Advocate for clients in administrative proceedings before agencies such as the EEOC, DFEH, DLSE, and NLRB.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active bar membership in good standing with the California State Bar.
- 2+ years of experience in employment litigation.
Salary Range: $140k - $350k+
